Probably the best way to make contact with someone who can help you with a specific storage need (payment of a bill, rental of a unit, or extended gate hours), is to call Dennis or Mary at 775-747-8855 at the Ambassador Drive location, or to call Geraldine, Sandra, or Ken at 775-331-2255 at 9th Street. The office at both locations are open 8AM to 6PM Monday through Saturday, and 9AM to 4PM, Sunday.
That said, there may be times when you need someone to call you, or you want to leave us a new phone number or your latest address so we can update our records for you.
