Depending on unit size and availability of that size we might be able to offer you a "rest of the month free" special. So, if you happen to be renting a unit on the first of January, for exaple, your move-in payment takes you all the way to March first. It's a great deal.
Year in advance special:
Frequently, people need storage for long periods of time. If that sounds like you, you can pay 12 months in advance and get the 13th month free. If you happen to move out sooner than you expected, don't worry, you get a refund of any unused full months. Sorry, we cannot refund you money for the the free month on this great deal.
Outstanding prices on locks and packing materials:
As described on the partners page, we offer fine German- made (not Chinese knock-off's) locks at our cost. Even if you decide to place your items in storage elsewhere, come by and pick up a top-of- the-line lock at an unbeatable $8 price. Additionally, just for visiting us, we'll give you a FREE plastic sheet to cover the contents of your unit. These are useful in protecting your goods from dust and condensation.

Free use of our truck to move in:
Call the office for all the detalis, but you will need a valid driver's licence, proof insurance on your personal vehicle, and a $100 refundalbe cash deposit against damage to the truck. After that, there is a $20 charge for fuel (you do not have to fill it back up and you can use the truck for up to 50 miles) and to cover insurance on the vehicle when you drive it.
Depending on the size of the unit you rent, you can use the truck between half a day and two full days....renters of larger units get to use the truck for longer periods of time.
Again, call the office for all the details, but if you need a truck, our deal will save you a lot of money over what you might pay to a truck rental company.
